WAUKESHA, Wis. — A Wisconsin teen accused of using a Facebook scam to blackmail dozens of male students into sex acts has reached a plea agreement. Anthony Stancl, 19, of New Berlin, pleaded no contest on Tuesday to two felonies. In exchange, prosecutors dismissed 10 other charges.
