Phone scam hits Pratt area (The Pratt Tribune)

Pratt area residents are warned to be aware of a scam currently under way in the Pratt area. In the past few days several people have received phone calls from people pretending to be the sheriff or from the Internal Revenue Service and this is a scam, said Pratt County Sheriff Vernon Chinn.
