Inmates scam unsuspecting residents over the phone (KSWO Lawton-Wichita Falls)

Inmates are racking up phone charges, and you are being billed for them. The Stephens County Sheriff’s Department says it is all apart of a scam, and is encouraging residents not to fall for it.
