Cell Phone Scam (WSIL 3 Southern Illinois)

FRANKLIN COUNTY– We want to warn you about a scam that’s hit our area. That targeting Verizon wireless costumers. The Franklin County Sheriff office says the number 3 comes up in the caller ID. When you answer the phone a recorded message asks for personal banking and credit card information.
