New York State Retirement Checks Lost in the Mail (WGRZ-TV Buffalo)

ALBANY _ As many as 60,000 state retirement checks were lost in the mail in recent days, with some starting to appear Tuesday at local post offices across upstate, the state Comptroller’s Office said.
